Pricing FAQ
Why flat per-environment pricing instead of per seat?
Most of what Package-Master tracks is headless: servers, not people. Per-seat pricing doesn't map to that. You pay for machine bands and connected environments, not logins.
What counts as an environment?
A connected environment is one fleet Package-Master actively mirrors, signs, and reports on. Usually this is one network boundary or trust zone, for example production versus staging, or one air-gapped enclave.
What happens if we exceed our machine band?
Nothing shuts off. We'll flag it in your dashboard and point you to the next plan up. Upgrades are self-serve and prorated, from your account at package-master.win/account.
Do you discount multiple licences?
No. Every Team or Operations licence is the same price. Stack licences to cover more machines or environments; the readiness calculator on the homepage prices them for you. Sovereign has its own shape: 20% off each additional restricted-network environment.
Monthly vs. annual?
Paying annually takes roughly two months off either tier: Team is $2,950/yr against $3,540 paid monthly, and Operations is $10,000/yr against $12,000 paid monthly. Switch either direction anytime from your account.
How is Sovereign invoiced?
Annually, per restricted-network environment: $30,000/yr for the first, and 20% off ($24,000/yr) for each additional one. Each environment covers up to 500 machines; past that, you add environments, so the ceiling is the machine count, not a negotiated tier. Booking a call is for deployment scoping, not price negotiation. The numbers are public.
